Less than 200 were manufactured of this supercar were manufactured—and just last year, RM Sotheby’s auctioned a 993 GT2 for ~$900,000. Given the rarity, racing pedigree, and the amazing driving experience, it’s easy to see why these are so valued. The GT2 weighed just under 2850 pounds—around 450 pounds less than the Turbo—and made 424 hp. Even by today’s absurd standards, this is a quick car.
The 1995 Porsche 911 GT2—abbreviated as 911 GT2 ’95 or Porsche 993 GT2—is a rear-engined supercar by Porsche featured in Forza Motorsport and all subsequent Xbox 360 Motorsport titles, although it appears in Forza Motorsport 4 as part of the Porsche Expansion Pack.
