The Tomb Raider franchise is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. To add to the celebration, GOG.com now has numerous Tomb Raider games on its platform, all DRM-free. Revisit the iconic series with Lara Croft’s gunslinging, crypt-diving, puzzle-solving action, or dive in for the first time with the collection. The collection starts from the beginning in 1996, taking us up to the modern reboot from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 generation. Every single game is currently on sale at a deep discount for roughly the next two weeks.
Starting with the classics from 1996, the Tomb Raider 1 + 2 + 3 trilogy is available for purchase. The very first Tomb Raider features Lara searching for a powerful artifact that will lead her to the mythical island of Atlantis. The sequel features Lara following the trial of the Dagger of Xian, used by the first Emperor of China. The third game in the trilogy showcases more open-ended gameplay as you battle against an evil corporation, RX Tech. The first trilogy is $9.99 USD, but will only cost $1.99 USD for the duration of the sale.
Continuing onto the year 1999, you’ll also find Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation and Tomb Raider Chronicles, originally priced at $9.99 but on sale for $1.39. Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness (2003) is on sale for only $0.97, bumped down from $6.99. You’ll find Tomb Raider: Legend (2006) also at $0.97 instead of $6.99, Tomb Raider: Anniversary (2007) at $0.98, and Tomb Raider: Underworld (2008) also at $0.98 for the duration of the sale. Last but not least, Tomb Raider Game of the Year, the 2013 reboot of Lara Croft’s story, is on sale for $3.99, down from $19.99.
If you grab all the games while they’re on sale, the grand total comes to $11.27, instead of $71.93 at their original prices. The sale only lasts for the next two weeks, so be sure to pick up these historic titles while you can.
